Normandy Summer Fete – 26th August
Normandy’s Summer Fete will be held as usual on August Bank Holiday Monday 26th August. The day starts at 2pm and the fete will finish at 5pm.
The theme this year is wild life and we will have the usual fabulous stalls, the wonderful model railway, delicious food to enjoy including Hunts Hill Farm’s burgers and hot dogs, ice creams, teas/coffees, etc. We also have the marvelous Fleurs Morris Dancers again and a couple of new atractions: Punch and Judy and a Jazz Band.
As always the fete would not be possible without our volunteers. We will need people on Saturday to help with setting up the marquee, Monday morning helping stall holders get set up, during the fete itself to help direct traffic, sell programmes and there will be a number of stalls that will need to be manned, coconut shy, tombola, etc. Please do contact the Parish Clerk if you are able to help and all help will be greatly appreciated.
We are keeping our fingers crossed that the weather will be great once again and we hope to see you all there.
